“Dear Angela, I just wanted to let you know how important it has been to us to be part of the Woodlands family over the past 8 years. What you have created here is truly exceptional and very special, I feel so fortunate that both Isabelle and Verity have spent their early years with you. I can truly say that however difficult it is to leave your young children in the care of someone else, I have never once felt anything other than complete confidence in your team and the care the girls have received. It is evident everyday how much they truly love the children they look after and of course that is so important almost beyond all the amazing learning experiences they are getting too. I completely appreciate the background complexities of running a business like this but I have to say your management team are an absolute credit. The longevity of the team speaks volumes alone.

The caliber of staff and leadership you have in Woodlands is fantastic, I love that there is such a diverse mix of talent in the teams and so great to see the male staff in key roles to, I know Verity has particularly enjoyed that! I have really appreciated the support staff as well, not least of all the supreme talents of Darek and Dan and all they do to enrich the experiences of Woodlands children. Woodlands is a beautiful environment for the children to grow and learn and we really appreciate that this is constantly evolving and improving for the benefit of them all.

So, we leave with a heavy heart that this important period in their lives is now over with Woodlands and new adventures begin. I know that we will always remember our time with you so fondly and are so grateful for all the experiences and memories you have provided, not just for the children but for our family as well. I hope your team will always remember how hugely important the work they do is and what an enormous impact they have on the lives of children and families. So, it just leaves me to say again a huge thank you to you and your team that have provided us all with an experience that I will never forget, would not change and will always be grateful for. I wish you every success and I know Woodlands will go from strength to strength and more children will be fortunate enough to have the experience we have had with you.

“To all the staff at Woodlands Nursery, We would like to thank you all for the help and support that makes Hayden the happy, confident child he is today. The nursery has gone above and beyond on many occasions for Hayden, a fact I hope OFSTED recognize. Hayden is never happier than when he is playing on the trampoline with his friends, speeding round the garden on one of the bikes or generally just getting up to mischief! He will really miss Woodlands but he is well prepared for the next step when he starts school.

We can only wish you all well for the future and Thank you for what you have done for Hayden. We will be sure to pop in and give you an update on his progress.

“To all of the Staff at Woodlands and Especially the Pre-School team, We cannot thank you all enough for the love and care that you have provided for Archie over the last two years. He has grown from a not-so-quiet toddler into an extremely not-so-quiet little boy equipped with all the skills he needs to progress to Year R. Archie adored his time at Woodlands and I know he will miss you all greatly.

We thank you so much for all of the memories you have created for him, he definitely wont forget his time in Busy Bee’s and Worker Bee’s. Forever in Your Heart…… “Although you’re not their mother, you care for them each day. You cuddle, sing and read to them and watch them as they play. You see each new accomplishment, you help them grow and learn. You understand their language, you listen with concern. They come to you for comfort and you kiss away their tears. They proudly show their work to you, you give the loudest cheers! No you are not their mothers, but your role is just as strong. You nurture them and keep them safe, though maybe not for long. You know someday the time will come when you will have to part, but you know each child you’ve cared for is forever in your heart!”
